appointment of specialist consultants: structural engineers, party wall surveyors, M&E consultants, planning supervisors
design concepts: images and material samples
sourcing furniture and materials from our agents throughout India
design of bespoke cabinetry ,unique architectural elements and furniture pieces
detailed CAD drawings, specifications and scope of works for tendering and construction
administration of contracts, contract administration on site
overseeing the construction process through to completion.
